As a service oriented business I love to meet people and hear about their upcoming special events.  That is why Cake & Icing seeks to get out into the community.  You might see me at various community events or hear about me hosting classes for those interested in 'cake & icing'.

Recent and upcoming events:

Cake & Icing will attend Lake Junaluska Bridal Show

February 18th from 10am-3pm, I will be with Simply Special Events (event planner) at the Lake Junaluska Bridal Show at the Methodist Assembly in Lake Junaluska, North Carolina.  Our booth will be right beside the Herren House Bed & Breakfast.  It is in the Herren House's kitchen that I create all of my delicious cakes.  Come by and see me, I would love to meet you!

Cake & Icing to hold Spring Classes

Want to know how to make a pretty rose out of butter cream, fondant, royal icing and gum paste?  Classes coming this spring.  Check back for dates!
